Healthcare Project Coordinator / Customer Relations

Job requirements: Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not necessary.  Customer service, sales and administration skills are necessary.  

Exercises considerable independent judgment to adapt and apply clinical standards of care to specific situations. Must be able to multi-task and interact with internal and external customers. Provides input into the driver management process while contributing to cost effectiveness of services and programs provided by the department. · Works with the Account Executives to maintain the orientation, education and competency of all emergency services staff. · Assists in recruitment, hiring, evaluation and retention of staff. · Accomplishes performance improvement activities that provide improvements in clinical care and department performance. · Ensures a positive patient/customer experience.
