Blueline is hiring for a Huge Data Center Opportunity! Learn Big Data from within, by becoming part of the ground floor for a new the Tier 1 team in Monona, WI! We are staffing 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts as this is a 24 X 7 support team protection important data center applications.
We’re hiring from a low level of Technology / Desktop experience up to Helpdesk in your background. Become part of a culture that enjoys Customer Service by nature, building upon relationships that drive business success.
* 1-3 years of experience in a similar position (support/ application engineer etc.) is an advantage
* Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in a Customer Service and/or Sales setting
* Drive on preventing incidents during your customer visits
* Deliver technical workshops, presentations and documents: working well independently and on a team.
* BA Computer Science or any Exact Science Student/ Graduate is preferred, or equivalent experience from technological army service.
* Very good English language skills - spoken and written (including technical writing) Fluent Spanish would be a plus
* Excellent customer service skills and effective learning skills
* Great verbal and written communication skills
* Willingness to work on shifts (24/7) - 4 days a week scheduled prior
