Blueline Consulting is looking for a Help Desk 3 Technician for our client in Madison, WI. This position is within a very fast paced, dynamic environment. Superior customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as within groups. Sensitivity to accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all areas of support activity is imperative.
This Candidate will need experience with:
- Working directly with business users
- Documenting policies and procedures
- Working with call tracking software
- Phone based technical support
- Problem documentation and communication
- Project coordination and scheduling
- Use of remote desktop management tools
- Creating and modifying reports: expert MS Excel
- Performing help desk services
