Business Analyst with Project Management skills

Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager The Business Analyst / Junior Project Manager is an integral member of the project team responsible for delivering documentation while supporting the Lead BI Project Manager.  The outcome of this from scratch application will be crucial to success of the Agriculture applications.  
You will be able to work directly and learn from some of the best, including paid time for PMP, Security Certs, etc. Blueline is hiring for development projects of varying size and complexity for similar roles, with the major focus is for a large Business Intelligence initiative. The Junior Project Manager is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project initiatives along side the Senior PM. You will come out of this with a PM title and skill-set to propel your career forward, possibly a more Senior Role within the organization.  
· Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements regarding government regulations and security as a focus
· Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, SOWs, budgets, cash flows and interviewing schedules
· Prepare project organization and communication charts around hiring processes for a large team · STRONG DOCUMENTATION around Security and State Regulations · Assist the Division Supervisor and PM's in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval · Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Qualifications from Junior Project Manager:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or experience working within SDLC
2+ years of Business Analysis with strong documentation experience
Experience Issuing Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders for contract executions Structured Project Management training preferred, have worked side by side with strong PM preferred
