You’ll need skills in:
Creative strategy
  • Ability to translate marketing strategy into persuasive layouts, UI/UX, and interactive elements
  • Strong background in design/art
  • Work cross-agency/account to deliver the right solutions
Participation & collaboration
  • Collaborate with copywriter(s) and other designers to build and design concepts and creative output
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative team to develop concepts/ideas
  • Serve as a digital expert to help push new technology/ideas internally (to account teams/Creative Director) or externally (to clients/partners)
  • Work with third party vendors (such as developers and video crews) to execute projects efficiently
Creative execution
  • Develop digital aspects of our integrated campaigns—web, email, mobile, social, video, and more
  • Serve as our digital expert at various stages of the process
  • Exceed clients’ expectations by collaborating with teams to produce great creative
Experience & qualifications:
  • B.A./B.S. with concentration in graphic design, art, interactive design, or related field
  • 4+ years of interactive design experience
  • Up-to-date on new trends and ideologies in the digital world, including usability, and user-focused design
  • Ability to create UI/UX initiatives which will incorporate high-level interaction, navigation and organization design
  • Portfolio that exemplifies versatility, conceptual skills, and experience with interactive design
  • Experience with conceptualization, web, email, presentation and video
  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects
