Blueline’s Sales Engineer / Junior Project Manager role is an integral member of the project team for our client, responsible for delivering technical presentations for their exciting SaaS product. Our analysis software is creating a new way to assess home values and sale prices from real customer data over the course of nearly two decades. 
 
You will work directly with and learn from some of the best technologists in Madison, including a clear path for career advancement on a path of your choosing. Blueline is partnering with this growing software product company as they build their progressive culture on the West Side.  This is a crucial role for our client, acting as a Project Manager for client/event presentations while growing the brand’s industry presence.  This technical minded individual is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project initiatives along Senior Executives as they present their product to the world! 
 
This Junior role will give you the experience and knowledge of a Project Manager and saavy of a Sales Engineer while gaining experience within Desktop deployment for custom software.  This skill-set will propel your career forward as you gain experience and travel to client sites across the US; we will create a 5 year plan toward a more Senior role on a path of your choosing.
 
Scope of Responsibilities on a Day to Day basis:
· Lead technical side of client presentations while setting up AV / PC equipment on-site. 
· Assist Senior Executives in the drafting and issuance of project proposal presentations for events and at client sites.
· Involved in all crucial aspects of Event Planning, Coordination and Management of presentation processes.
· Coordination of executive and technologist calendars during presentation process; could include assisting with RFP’s, SOWs, budgets, cash flows and project budget initiatives
· Prepare project organization and communication charts around event coordination and presentation processes utilizing cloud technology
 
Under the direction of key executives, this important role will keep the business development team operating as a well oiled machine during it’s growth processes. This includes performing system maintenance on laptops/PCs, processing both PC/MACs (moves, adds, and changes), and functioning as a primary contact for vendor coordination. Candidate will be operating as a Technical Support Associate while learning the software and technology surrounding it on his/her feet, passion for personal growth is a must! 
 
Work Schedule/Compensation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, flexible based on project schedules and management initiatives.  Travel is up to 50% nationwide Mon-Friday with some weekends for events and client presentations. (expenses covered)  ~$40K in base salary plus bonus and full benefits.
 
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent experience with Bachelor’s degree
Demonstration of solid work history and work ethic
Strong knowledge with Microsoft/Apple Operating Systems and software systems
Experience troubleshooting laptops and PCs while deploying desktop software
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work on own initiative
Sales skills around personal connection and relationship building ability across all levels
