RESPONSIBILITES
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to understand existing client relationships and identifyTalent they need to be successful and
  • Assisting in Job Definition and Requirement gathering from client to define the Blueline roles
  • Marketing our best clients to the world!  We work with top companies in the Midwest with growth potential.  
  • Identify and engage the best possible candidates for Business Intelligence and Software Engineering project work
  • Full Life Cycle Recruitment for innovative technical solutions 
  • Source, Assess, Recommend, Pitch, Negotiate and Close all while serving as a consultative talent adviser to hiring managers, interviewers and candidates.
  • Serve as a candidate’s confidant and point of contact throughout interview process managing expectations
  • Mentor engineering junior recruiting team and share best practices on closing senior talent 
EXPERIENCE
  • At least 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience sourcing and closing senior engineering talent (in-house or with a search firm)
  • A success record of acting as a talent advisor closing leadership and management positions in software engineering
  • A passion for building effective, cohesive teams
  • The validated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging problems
  • The desire to improve as a recruiter and strategic business partner
  • A positive, team-oriented approach to your work
  • Superior communication skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
