Executive Assistant to the CEO,

Personal Assistant needed for CEO pursuing existing and expanding business opportunities. Candidates must be experienced in working in fast-paced professional environments. The individual in this position must display professional and and flexible work habits in order to succeed in this unique work environment. The Personal Assistant will also be responsible for driving the CEO to and from meetings, appointments, and other events.
The Personal Assistant would be expected to maintain absolute confidentiality with sensitive information.
Job Duties in conjunction with the CEO of Alfred, LLC, you will assist in everything from general errands to complex projects and correspondence. The CEO's assistant duties include:
Scheduling appointments, Manage calendars along with correspondence management, preparation of presentations/documents for meetings, transcribing meeting notes, assist with personal and company banking and clerical work (finding organize office mail, etc. Other duties will be assigned as needed.
Essential Job Qualifications:-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Work and contribute independently and in a team environment
Competent in all necessary computer programs such Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.-
Excellent written and verbal skills with the confidence and ability to solve problems independently Hard working, high energy, and a personal of ambition and goals
Must be e creative, innovative individual, willing to think outside the norm.

Required Education-
An Associate's Degree in Business Administration Preferred or Equivalent
Must have a Clear Driving Record (minus a couple tickets)
Acceptable Background CheckRequired License or Certification. Wisconsin Driver's License
